1. How do I start the online application?
   • Answer:
     • Visit the official IAA admissions portal at www.iaa.ac.tz or use the link oas.iaa.ac.tz/oas
     • Click “Create Account” and register using your email, Form IV index number, and a password
2. Who is eligible to apply?
   • Answer:
     • Certificate/Three years Diploma: Form four with at least four passes in non-religious subject or an appropriate equivalent certificate with a second class or “B” average or NTA Level IV.
     • Two years Diploma: Form six with at least one principal pass and one subsidiary in relevant subjects with a total point not below 1.5
     • Bachelor’s: At least two principal passes with an aggregate of four points or recognized Diploma/NTA level 6 with 2nd Class/GPA of 3.0 or average of “B” pass, or Foundation Programme of OUT with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
     • Master’s: Bachelor’s degree with required GPA/qualifications
3. Which programmes can I apply for?
   • Answer:
     • IAA offers various courses, including:
       • Certificate & Diploma in Accountancy, Business Administration, IT, Procurement & Logistics.
       • Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting, Business IT, Procurement & Logistics, Finance & Banking, etc.
       • Master’s programmes: MBA (multiple specializations), MSc Finance & Investment, MIS, etc. 
4. What documents are required?
   • Answer:
     • For Master’s programmes: degree certificate and transcripts.
5. How many programmes can I select?
   • Answer:
     • Applicants can choose 3 programmes.
6. What is the application fee and how do I pay?
   • Answer:
     • Masters: TSh 50,000.
     • Other programmes: TSh 10,000.
   • Payment methods:
     1. Bank (NMB, CRDB, NBC): Use your generated control number at a branch.
     2. Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Tigo-Pesa, Airtel Money): Dial “Pay Bills → Government payments” → use control number and complete payment
7. What happens after payment?
   • Answer:
     • Return to the portal and click “Verify Payment”.
     • Submit the application once all information is accurate
8. Can I track my application status?
   • Answer:
     • Yes—after login, your dashboard will show updates on payment and admissions status. Return later to check selection results.
